Our wines
Wine Elaboration
Our wines are worked with the ultimate care to ensure their quality. You can see this from the beginning, when the grapes are harvested manually and moved, to the cellar in 18 kg. boxes. It is the where the process starts: first, with the elimination of the escobajo and the grinding by rolling pins. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in small vats with selected yeasts and rigorous temperature control. After that, the elimination of the wine fluff by decantation takes place during the winter. Finally, our wines are matured in oak for a few months.
